Role Description

This full-time on-site Procurement Manager role is based in Lower Parel, Mumbai.

Oversee sourcing and procurement/purchase activities to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery of materials and services.

Responsibilities include evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing procurement processes, analysing market trends, and ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.

Collaboration with internal teams to forecast demand, optimize inventory, and maintain strong supplier relationships will also be central to the role.

Core experience into Interior industry managing Corporate Interior Fit-Out/Turnkey projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Supplier Evaluation and Contract Negotiation
• Strong skills in Procurement and Contract Management
• Highly analytical with proven Analytical Skills to assess data, costs, and operational needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing stakeholder and vendor relationships
• Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems (preferred)
• Relevant experience of 10-15 yrs. in Commercial Interior Fit-Out procurement
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
