Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the complete procurement lifecycle including sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and vendor performance evaluation.
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
  • Oversee supply chain operations, including planning, inventory control, warehousing, and logistics management.
  • Drive cost reduction initiatives through effective negotiations, value engineering, and alternative sourcing strategies.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including identification, prequalification, performance monitoring, and development of key suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual, commercial, and statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate with project, engineering and finance teams to ensure seamless material flow and budget adherence.
  • Mitigate supply chain risks through contingency planning and proactive issue resolution.
  • Lead and mentor procurement and supply chain teams, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and supply risks to support informed decision-making.
