Job Description

The Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing the procurement process across Admin, IT, and Marketing functions. The role includes strategic sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and NBFC regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end procurement process for Admin, IT, and Marketing categories.
  • Manage sourcing and negotiation for hardware, software, licenses, IT infrastructure, and AMC contracts.
  • Evaluate OEM and partner pricing models to ensure optimal Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
  • Handle procurement of creative agencies, digital marketing services, print materials, and event vendors.
  • Negotiate rate cards, retainerships, and performance-linked agreements with service providers.
  • Implement and maintain strong vendor management practices, including evaluation and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure adherence to internal procurement policies, budgetary controls, and audit compliance.
  • Support cost optimization and process efficiency initiatives across procurement functions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Graduate in Commerce / Engineering / Business Administration.
  • Experience: 8–10 years of total experience in procurement, with at least 3–4 years in an NBFC or financial services organization.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools (for analysis and presentations).
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally, or equivalent).

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong negotiation and analytical abilities.
  • In-depth understanding of IT and marketing procurement categories.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, process-oriented, and integrity-driven.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced NBFC environment with cross-functional teams.
