Role Overview
The Procurement Manager will lead and manage centralized procurement operations for ITC Hotels, ensuring cost-effective, compliant, and uninterrupted supply of goods and services across all units. The role is responsible for developing sourcing strategies, managing supplier partnerships, driving efficiencies, and strengthening procurement governance at a corporate level.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- As the central procurement lead, partner with hotel units and corporate stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver standardized and efficient procurement solutions.
- Drive end-to-end procurement lifecycle (requisition to payment), including supplier identification, specification finalization, quotation management, negotiations, approvals, rate contracts, purchase orders, and coordination with finance and receiving teams.
- Develop and manage strategic supplier relationships, including product development, quality assurance, bulk sourcing, and timely deliveries across units.
- Track market trends, pricing movements, and supply risks to ensure competitiveness, cost optimization, and sustained savings.
- Conduct periodic supplier performance reviews to ensure quality, service levels, and continuity of supply.
- Collate and analyze procurement data from multiple hotels to support reporting, planning, and performance evaluation.
- Drive adoption of standardized procurement systems, processes, and policies across all units, ensuring audit readiness and compliance with regulatory and third-party requirements (FSSAI, ISO, Risk Management, Customs, etc.).
- Stay updated on industry best practices, sustainability norms, digital procurement tools, and regulatory changes relevant to hospitality procurement.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA / Supply Chain / Engineering preferred.
- 1215 years of hands-on procurement experience within the hospitality industry, with strong exposure to operational categories, including F&B.
- Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, and supplier management at scale.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple units and functions.
- High proficiency in data collation, analysis, reporting, and procurement planning.
- Experience with e-Procurement platforms and strong working knowledge of MS Office tools.
- Strong understanding of procurement-related laws, taxation, sustainability, and ethical sourcing practices.
This role will be based at the ITC Hotels Corporate Office, ITC Green Centre, Gurugram.
