Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Manager (Indirect) located in Rohini. The Procurement Manager will be responsible for evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing procurement processes, and overseeing contract management. Daily tasks include supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, procurement strategy development, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes for indirect categories (e.g., IT, office supplies, consulting services, facilities, HR, marketing).
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to deliver cost savings and value.
• Lead RFPs, RFQs, and supplier selection processes.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, service, or delivery.
• Identify opportunities to optimize supplier base and reduce procurement risk.
• Collaborate with finance and legal teams on budget alignment and contract terms.
