The role involves end-to-end procurement activities, commercial negotiations, and stakeholder coordination within an IT services environment.

The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of the Indian IT outsourcing market, pricing structures, and vendor ecosystems, along with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Project Context

This role supports enterprise procurement and cost-optimization initiatives by:

Managing IT outsourcing and staffing procurement processes

Driving commercial and contract negotiations

Partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors

Ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with procurement policies

Key Responsibilities

IT Outsourcing Procurement

Manage end-to-end IT outsourcing procurement activities

Source and evaluate staffing and outsourcing vendors

Maintain strong relationships with IT outsourcing companies

Vendor & Commercial Negotiation

Lead commercial negotiations with staffing and outsourcing partners

Negotiate contracts, pricing, SLAs, and terms

Ensure competitive pricing aligned with market standards

Market & Industry Knowledge

Track Indian IT outsourcing market trends and pricing benchmarks

Maintain strong knowledge of IT solutions, technologies, and industry trends

Provide market insights to internal stakeholders

Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with internal business and technical teams

Address procurement challenges and resolve vendor-related issues

Support decision-making with data-driven insights

Must-Have Skills (Mandatory)

68 years of experience in IT procurement

Strong experience in IT outsourcing procurement

Commercial and contract negotiation expertise

Experience sourcing for IT staffing / outsourcing companies

Strong knowledge of Indian IT outsourcing market and pricing
