What You'll Do
. Partner with the Enterprise Procurement & Payables (EP&P) team and global stakeholders to draft, review, and negotiate moderately complex commercial contracts, ensuring alignment with BCG contracting standards.
. Lead contract renewals and lifecycle management activities, maintaining appropriate contractual coverage and securing best-in-class commercial terms.
. Provide contract management support across Corporate Services / HR categories, acting as a key interface between procurement and business stakeholders.
. Proactively manage the expiring contracts pipeline, reviewing contract expiry reports and coordinating renewal strategies with relevant stakeholders.
. Conduct spend investigations and analysis to support sourcing initiatives, supplier management, and stakeholder inquiries.
. Track and report savings delivery, monitoring progress against agreed targets and ensuring stakeholder validation and formal sign-off of realized benefits.
. Serve as the first point of contact for ad hoc contract and supplier-related requests from the business.
. Collaborate with key control groups, including Legal, Information Security, and Group Insurance, to ensure appropriate reviews are completed and agreements meet BCG legal and compliance standards prior to execution.
. Maintain accurate contract records within the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system, ensuring metadata integrity and leveraging CLM reporting to track renewals and support contract governance.
What You'll Bring
. BA/BS degree in relevant field
. Knowledge of procurement and sourcing, with at least 5 years experience in a related position within a global organization or professional services company with 2-5 years of Facilities or HR related experience.
. Proven track record of drafting and negotiating agreements and leading contract negotiations with suppliers, both new and renewals
. Execution oriented management of a portfolio of agreements
. Experience formulating clear and concise communications orally and written (in email and PowerPoint) working directly with stakeholders of varying levels of seniority
Who You'll Work With
BCG spends $2.4B on goods and services across the firm globally. At its core, Procurement is accountable for ensuring that BCG is supplied with goods and services that meet business requirements, drive value and best whole life cost to BCG.
EP&P is currently made up of 150 procurement professionals located in London, New Delhi, Boston and Munich. It has embarked upon a transformation program to define and implement strategies, organization, systems and policies to create a sustainable operating model. This model should maximize value from our suppliers, mitigate risk and meet savings targets. BCG is a highly matrixed firm where purchasing decisions are often taken at the local level, therefore this transformation will need to be carried out with high levels of stakeholder engagement, alignment and collaboration.
Scope of work will be global, regional as well as local, requiring procurement experience, relationship building, sell-in capabilities and sensitivity to local requirements. The individual taking on this challenge must possess a very high level of self-motivation/drive, persistency, resourcefulness and a willingness to facilitate change

. Proven negotiation skills, a record of accomplishment in structuring progressive vendor arrangements across a variety of vendor types and also contracting experience
. High level of intellectual agility, initiative, self-motivation, tenacity, and the ability to negotiate and bring together different audiences
. Excellent analytical skills, and a high skill-set in Excel and PowerPoint is considered a pre-requisite for the role
. Ability to independently resolve complex issues/problems, but seeks advice and counsel for decisions including key stakeholders where appropriate
. Focus on industry and market best practices
. Strong influencing skills and ability to get stakeholder buy-in for initiatives and projects
. Demonstrates advanced communication skills: oral, written and active listening
