Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement Executive located in Pune. The Procurement Executive will be responsible for managing purchasing processes, generating purchase orders, and overseeing purchase management strategies. Additional responsibilities include liaising with vendors, maintaining accurate procurement records, analyzing market trends, and ensuring the timely sourcing of materials and services. The ideal candidate will drive cost efficiencies and support operational objectives by establishing strong supplier relationships and negotiating favorable terms.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Purchasing Processes, Purchase Orders, and Purchase Management
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate data, market trends, and supplier performance effectively
- Excellent Communication skills to coordinate across teams and maintain vendor relationships
- Detail-oriented with robust organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in procurement tools or software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in procurement or supply chain within the real estate or construction industry is an advantage
