Job Title: Procurement Executive Local Sourcing

Location: Pune , WTC Kharadi (On-site)

Role Description:

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Executive Local Sourcing to manage local procurement activities and vendor relationships. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating with suppliers to meet company requirements while ensuring cost-effective and timely procurement of goods and services.

This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune District, where the candidate will work closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth purchasing operations and efficient supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage local sourcing and procurement activities for tooling and mechanical components

Handle purchase orders, purchase management, and procurement processes

Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with local suppliers and vendors

Ensure timely delivery and cost optimization of materials and services

Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders

Monitor supplier performance and improve procurement strategies

Work on procurement documentation and processes using SAP MM module

Qualifications & Requirements

B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)

56 years of experience in procurement

Must have experience in the tooling industry

Strong knowledge of local sourcing and vendor management

Experience in SAP MM (Material Management)

Strong analytical and negotiation skills

Good communication and coordination skills
