Role Purpose
To support the sourcing and procurement of furniture and homeware products by ensuring timely vendor coordination, cost-effective purchasing, and smooth supply chain operations aligned with business requirements.
What You Will Own
- Vendor identification, onboarding, and relationship management
- Purchase order creation and tracking
- Negotiation support for pricing, MOQ, and lead times
- Coordination with suppliers for production and dispatch schedules
- Inventory planning support with merchandising team
- Ensuring product availability across stores/warehouses
- Documentation and compliance (contracts, invoices, GRNs)

- On-time procurement: Ensure timely placement and closure of POs
- Cost efficiency: Achieve competitive pricing and cost savings
- Vendor performance: Maintain strong supplier SLAs (quality, timelines)
- Stock availability: Minimize stock-outs and overstock situations
- Process adherence: Accurate documentation and procurement compliance
