- Develop and execute procurement strategies for raw materials and packaging items
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to ensure cost optimisation
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to make informed purchasing decisions
- Maintain accurate purchase records, pricing data, and inventory tracking
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and storage
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company quality standards
- Continuously improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
