Job responsibilities

To manage all sourcing related activities which includes new supplier on boarding, Supplier development, Compliance and take continuous improvement initiatives.

Sourcing & Supplier Management

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers for electronic components, mechanical parts, and manufacturing services.
• Lead supplier selection through technical evaluation, audits, and cost analysis.
• Support contract negotiations, pricing, and supply agreements
• Monitor supplier performance metrics (quality, cost, delivery).
• Work with ERP system to move purchase requests through, quoting, cost approvals, PO processing.
