Project: Gas to Power Project Execution
- Vendor Management
- Identify, evaluate, and qualify suppliers for gas turbines, generators, transformers, and other power plant components.
- Negotiate contracts and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Procurement Planning
- Develop procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets.
- Forecast material requirements based on engineering and project schedules.
- Technical Evaluation
- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand technical specifications.
- Conduct technical bid evaluations and ensure compliance with standards.
- Cost Control & Budgeting
- Monitor procurement costs and ensure alignment with project budgets.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
