Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement Operations
- Assist in executing procurement strategies for Interior and Fitouts.
- Support vendor identification, evaluation, and onboarding processes.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure timely procurement.
Vendor & Contract Management
- Maintain vendor databases and ensure documentation is up to date.
- Track contract timelines, renewals, and compliance requirements.
- Support performance reviews and vendor audits.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with Operations, Finance, and Legal teams for procurement-related matters.
- Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and procurement trackers.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies and client-specific protocols.
- Maintain procurement documentation for audits and internal reviews.
- Track savings, cost avoidance, and vendor performance metrics.
Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- 35 years of procurement experience, preferably in Interior or real estate services.
- Strong coordination, documentation, and communication skills.
Preferred Attributes- Experience supporting multi-site procurement operations.
- Exposure to vendor onboarding and compliance processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
