Position Summary
JOB DESCRIPTION
In this role, candidate will be responsible for delivering KPIs reportings and creating & maintaining functional Dashboards
Candidate Will Be Responsible For
- driving various weekly/monthly reports related to procurement (ex- Direct/Indirect procurement - data analysis & visualization).
- managing audit report queries/regulatory requirements within stipulated timeframe to the respective teams.
- leverage advance data analytics for ongoing procurement projects (Annual Supplier's evaluation /Scope 3 study / Recycling materials)
- drive adhoc process efficiency project (Procurement landscape, ESG etc)
Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Own & execute weekly/monthly KPI reports
- Create & Mantain functional PBI dashboards.
- Lead various IT initiatives for automations/process efficiencies
- Prepare and present different report analysis on projects/initiatives to senior management
- Key driver on SOX complaince monthly reporting and audits for procurement function
- Support adhoc projects (Procurement Landscape/ESG/Training videos)/ data analysis needed for different functional requirements
- Expert in Data Analysis & Interpretation (Advance Excel - Pivot tables, Power Query, macros)
- Data Visualization - Proficiency in tools like Power BI, Tableau, for creating dashboards and reports
- Good communication skills (up to senior levels inside/outside Garrett) and the ability to work in a team environment.

Education And Qualification
Bachelor's degree, Business Administration, or a related field
Certification in data analytics or a related field is a plus
Experience
3 -5 years relevant experience.
Experience in procurement, supply chain management, or sustainability added plus
Key Skills And Knowledge
Responsible for delivering assignments/projects with required quality and within the given time.
Details oriented, pay attention to the Quality of work and data correctness.
Excel (Advanced) – Pivot tables, Power Query, macros.
SQL – Querying and managing structured data.
DAX, data modeling, Data wrangling and ETL experience
Knowledge of databases to connect to Power BI.
