JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The Procurement Analytics and Digital Solution (ADS) team is part of Ecolab Process & Analytics and is responsible for driving innovation via automation, strategic business insights and process optimization. The role will drive process improvements and automation in reporting to accelerate the Total Delivered Cost (TDC) strategic sourcing process. He or she will collaborate with sourcing leaders, other supply chain functions, R&D, and business units to develop new reporting and analytics that identify savings opportunities across the enterprise. Candidates must have a passion for systems, data, operational reporting & advanced analytics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support execution of competitive sourcing events (RFX's) globally by closely collaborating with procurement sourcing teams and other stakeholders.
Leverage data and analytics to identify savings opportunities across Ecolab's global direct material buy.
Work with sourcing leads to prioritize and validate top opportunities for savings projects and support/drive project execution.
Govern elements of procurement master data and processes to support digital and analytical platforms including periodic data refresh and material/vendor classification.
Analyse and integrate different sources of data into clear business conclusions and enable the stakeholder teams to translate these into recommended business actions

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's/Master's degree (Statistics, Chemicals, Mathematics, Engineering, etc.) or equivalent practical experience.
3-5 years of experience in Procurement Domain is must
Proficient in MS Office suite with intermediate to advanced
Excellent presentation and verbal/written communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience analysing data sets using VBA and Power BI.
Experience in Chemical industry
Experience in an analytical or data management role.
History of managing and delivering multiple projects, tasks, and initiatives simultaneously
