Technical Architect Lead the Future of Credit Card Platforms.
- As a Technical Architect, you will own the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance systems, powering our next-generation credit card platform.
- You will work with modern technologies such as Node.js, TypeScript, AWS, Microservices, and Event-Driven Architecture, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and DevOps teams.
- You will be a key technical leader driving architectural decisions, mentoring engineers, and shaping the long-term technical direction of the platform.
What You Will Do
- Lead architecture and solution design for mission-critical credit card services.
- Design backend systems using Node.js, TypeScript and microservices.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps, Security.
- Evangelize engineering excellence: code quality, automated testing, CI/CD.
- Mentor, guide, and upskill engineers, fostering a strong engineering culture.
- Ensure systems meet performance, reliability, security, and compliance.
What Were Looking For
- 10+ years of backend engineering experience with hands-on expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, APIs, system design, and distributed systems.
- Deep knowledge of System Design & Architecture.
- Object-Oriented & Functional Design Principles.
- Design Patterns.
- Microservices & Event-Driven Architecture.
- Experience with Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and Cloud services (AWS preferred).
- Strong analytical thinking, architectural judgement, and communication skills.
- Ability to take ownership and lead teams through complex technical challenges.
Nice To Have
- Experience building systems for financial services, cards, payments, or lending.
- Exposure to Kubernetes, containerized workloads, or scalable deployments.
- Understanding of PCI-DSS, security models, or risk/compliance frameworks.
