We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Processor Trading Operations.

In This Role, You Will

  • Own and support the management of KRI targets set by each product line Globally. Supply up to date information for risk and control meetings and explain numbers where required.
  • Provide input into the monthly Global MI packs, and reviewing offshore controls and issues with regional management
  • Input and delivery of process / capacity enhancements that will positively effect the KPI's and allow more Business volume to be supported with minimal incremental headcount
  • Ensure adequate support for effective management of KRIs, to minimize risk. E.g. Nostro/Stock/inter-system breaks, Failed trades, Client Money and Un-affirmed Confirmations
  • Understanding the impact of Regulatory change initiatives and support its implementation per required standards
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver efficiencies which result in tangible benefits and increases effectiveness of the department.

To Be Successful, You Will

  • Sound understanding of Markets Operations
  • Experienced operations professional, preferably in offshore operations; with a focus on Markets Operations
  • Ability to implement initiatives and work as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage local and international relationships across an organization
  • Attention to detail and a hands-on approach to with local managers implement process change and improve efficiency and control
  • Good understanding of PIRUM, EQUILEND contract compare, Loan net, Global 1, SBL Billing & Investigation, Transaction Lifecycle Management, GPS payments, Swift messaging, Interest claims, Omgeo Alert , Securities-based lending.
  • Experience in SBL settlement or Billing & Investigation preferable with minimum 2-4 years.
