Job Description
Job Title: Wealth Benefit Process Trainer
Domain: HR Services Wealth & Benefit (Retirement Plans, 401k, Pension)
Role Purpose
To train and develop employees on wealth regulatory rules, domain knowledge, wealth processes, ensuring they have the required knowledge and skills to deliver accurate and compliant services for client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Training Delivery: Conduct pre-process and process training for new hires in wealth and benefits domain; deliver domain-specific modules and upskilling sessions for all levels of roles; support new hires during OJT and Go-Live phases.
- Logistics: coordinate scheduling, room bookings, materials preparation, training leaders, Learning Management System recordkeeping, and all communications related to training.
- Content Development: Create and customize training content and other learning materials, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Performance Support: Provide refresher and remedial training; offer floor support, coaching, and feedback to improve accuracy and productivity.
- Reporting & Compliance: Maintain trainee data and generate training reports; track training metrics and ensure adherence to BU training standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business with operations managers, quality teams, and clients and use data from various sources to drive decisions on training needs based on gaps and deficiencies to identify training needs;
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Graduate (preferably in HR, Finance, or related field).
- Experience: 5+ years in HR outsourcing, benefits administration, or process training.
- Domain Knowledge: US Retirement Benefits (401k, DB/DC plans),
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
- Tools: MS Office, LMS platforms; familiarity with benefits administration systems
