Process Trainer

The Process Trainer will be responsible for delivering highquality training related to medical coding processes, with a strong focus on CPT, ICD, and HCPCS guidelines. Utilizing CPC certification expertise, the trainer will design and conduct effective training sessions for new hires and existing team members to ensure accuracy, compliance, and productivity in coding operations.

Key responsibilities include creating easytofollow training materials, identifying skill gaps, providing oneonone coaching, and monitoring performance to support continuous improvement. The Process Trainer will collaborate closely with operations and quality teams to ensure that coding standards, client requirements, and compliance expectations are consistently met. This role ensures that coders have the knowledge and confidence to perform their tasks with precision and efficiency.CPC certified with ED preferable .
