Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Process Trainer, based at our Malad office. The Process Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions for new hires, identifying training needs, developing tailored programs, and delivering presentations. This role involves working closely with teams to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to achieve performance goals, as well as tracking and evaluating results to ensure the effectiveness of training initiatives.

Skillset - exp in KYC/ AML is a must

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Training Needs Analysis and delivering New Hire Training programs to diverse groups
- Strong Presentation Skills and excellent Communication abilities
- Advanced Analytical Skills to assess training outcomes and provide actionable insights for improvement
- Ability to create engaging and effective learning experiences that align with organizational objectives
- Background in instructional design or experience as a trainer in a professional or corporate setting is a plus
- Educational qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in Training, Education, or a related field are preferred
