Location: Gurgaon
Experience: Minimum 5 Years (Diagnostics Industry)

Role Description

1. Deliver process and product training to Sales and Customer Support teams.
2. Provide training on prescription reading and diagnostics test understanding.
3. Conduct mock call sessions and evaluate call quality.
4. Train new hires on OJT (On-the-Job Training) certification processes.
5. Develop and update training materials, SOPs, and training modules.
6. Assess trainee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
7. Ensure trainees meet quality and process standards.
8. Support continuous learning and skill enhancement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in the diagnostics industry.
2. Strong knowledge of diagnostic tests and healthcare processes.
3. Experience in training Sales and Customer Support teams.
4. Good understanding of prescription interpretation.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Ability to conduct mock calls and performance evaluations.

Preferred Skills

1. Experience in process training or L&D role.
2. Certification in training or customer handling (preferred).
3. Strong interpersonal and coaching skills.
