Key Requirements
- Mandatory: Experience in International Voice Process
- Excellent communication skills (spoken & written)
- Strong knowledge of training methodologies and quality frameworks
Role: Process Trainer
Eligibility:
- Minimum 2+ years experience as a Process Trainer in International BPO
- Proven experience in training new hires
Responsibilities:
- Design training curriculum using inputs from Operations & Quality teams
- Manage process knowledge and maintain MIS for all training batches
- Stay updated with product/process knowledge
- Ensure accountability for 030 days batch performance
- Attend client-conducted TTT (Train the Trainer) sessions
- Conduct PKT (Process Knowledge Tests) and refresher trainings on the floor
- Design & develop training content tailored to business needs
- Perform monthly Training Need Analysis to identify knowledge gaps and implement refresher plans
- Participate in calibration sessions with Trainers, QAs, and Voice Coaches
