Job Description:
Policybazaar is hiring a Process Trainer responsible for training new hires, improving team productivity, and enhancing overall performance through structured training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct new hire training on product, sales, communication, and internal systems
- Identify training needs and deliver refresher training sessions
- Deliver training on sales skills, soft skills, objection handling, and customer interaction
- Conduct call audits and provide feedback/coaching to improve performance
- Monitor trainee performance and maintain training reports and scorecards
- Coordinate training schedules, materials, and follow-ups
- Support ongoing learning and development initiatives
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in training (process/sales training preferred)
- Strong background in sales or process training
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to coach, mentor, and improve employee performance
- Fluency in English and Hindi
- Regional language is mandatory
- Ability to handle escalations and resolve performance-related issues
