Policybazaar is hiring a Process Trainer responsible for training new hires, improving team productivity, and enhancing overall performance through structured training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct new hire training on product, sales, communication, and internal systems
  • Identify training needs and deliver refresher training sessions
  • Deliver training on sales skills, soft skills, objection handling, and customer interaction
  • Conduct call audits and provide feedback/coaching to improve performance
  • Monitor trainee performance and maintain training reports and scorecards
  • Coordinate training schedules, materials, and follow-ups
  • Support ongoing learning and development initiatives

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in training (process/sales training preferred)
  • Strong background in sales or process training
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and improve employee performance
  • Fluency in English and Hindi
  • Regional language is mandatory
  • Ability to handle escalations and resolve performance-related issues
