Work Shifts: US/Canadian All 5 Days WFO Night Shifts is Mandatory

Work Location: Noida Sec 135, Candor Tech Space

2 Way Cabs will be provided within 35 kms hiring zone, candidates should be flexible to relocate within 35 kms which is mandate

Job Role: Process Trainer From only TELECOM DOMAIN - Mandatory Non-Negotiable

Summary:

  • Develop and deliver product training programs: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs that equip the team members with in-depth knowledge of the product. This includes product features, benefits, competitive advantages, target audience, and value proposition.
  • Create training materials: Develop training materials such as presentations, demo scripts, FAQs, and case studies to support the team in effectively communicating the product specifics
  • Conduct training sessions: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and remotely, to ensure the team understands the program offerings, curriculum, learning outcomes, and differentiators. Training may include product demonstrations, role-playing exercises, and assessments.
  • Continuous learning support: Provide ongoing learning support to the team, including updates on product enhancements, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Stay informed about the latest developments in process and product
  • Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with the subject matter experts , Knowledge management team and leadership to gather information, refine training content, and align strategies with product offerings. Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and knowledge sharing

Deliverables:

  • Well-structured and engaging training programs and materials.
  • Effective training sessions that result in improved performance and increased customer engagement.
  • Conduct timely refreshers and PKTs based on TNI's

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant field (Telecom)
  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in training and enablement roles Mandatory
  • Familiarity with training methodologies and techniques
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt training content for different learning styles and audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage training schedules, track training effectiveness, and provide timely feedback to new hires and tenured team members.
  • Candidates should be familiar with the LMS tool.
