Process Trainer

We are hiring a Process Trainer to join our team at Delphic Jobs. As a Process Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs for our employees to ensure their knowledge and skills meet the requirements of their roles. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, and suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in process training.

Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in process training
• Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to design and develop training materials
• Proficient in using training software and tools

• Attention to detail and organizational skills

Roles And Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs for new hires and existing employees on processes, systems, and soft skills
• Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and other forms of feedback
• Develop training materials such as presentations, handbooks, and learning aids
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address training gaps
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to employees to ensure continuous improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in process training
