Role DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Process Trainer to join our Bengaluru team. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on delivering high-quality training and support for team members. Your responsibilities will include conducting new hire training sessions, delivering process-related workshops, identifying training needs through assessments, and ensuring effective knowledge retention through evaluations and feedback sessions. You'll also play an integral role in improving the overall skill set of team members and ensuring consistent adherence to company processes and standards.
