Job Responsibilities Expectations
Training Delivery
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and refresher training for existing employees.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training programs (classroom, virtual, or blended).
- Use role plays, case studies, and simulations to reinforce learning.
- Ensure training sessions align with organisational goals and process standards.
Curriculum Development
- Design and update training materials, manuals, and e-learning modules.
- Customize content based on business needs, process changes, and learner feedback.
- Incorporate industry best practices and adult learning principles.
Monitoring Evaluation
- Assess trainee performance through tests, role plays, and practical evaluations.
- Track training effectiveness using feedback forms, performance metrics, and post-training assessments.
- Identify skill gaps and recommend targeted learning interventions.
Feedback Coaching
- Provide constructive feedback to trainees during and after sessions.
- Conduct one-on-one coaching for employees needing additional support.
- Collaborate with team leaders to reinforce training outcomes on the floor.
Reporting Analysis
- Prepare training reports, attendance records, and performance dashboards.
- Analyse training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Share insights with management to align training with business objectives.
Compliance Standards
- Ensure training content complies with company policies, legal guidelines, and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of training activities for audits.
Collaboration
- Work closely with Quality, Operations, and HR teams to align training with organisational needs.
- Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistency in training and evaluation
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and coaching abilities.
- Knowledge of customer service processes and industry standards.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training tools.
- Analytical skills to measure training effectiveness.
- Creativity in designing engaging training content.
- Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
Key Activities
- Conduct induction training for New Hire batches (NHT).
- Deliver process and soft skills training regularly.
- Organise calibration sessions with Quality and Operations teams.
- Perform dip checks to ensure training effectiveness on the floor.
- Prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for training-related performance gaps.
Minimum Qualifications
Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or a graduate degree.
