Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Process Trainer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging training sessions, improving process knowledge, and ensuring high performance standards across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct new hire training and refresher training sessions
- Develop and update training materials, SOPs, and process documents
- Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, quizzes, and feedback
- Identify skill gaps and design targeted training interventions
- Collaborate with operations and quality teams to drive performance improvement
- Monitor trainee progress and provide coaching and mentoring
- Ensure adherence to company processes, policies, and quality standards
Key Skills Required
- Strong training and facilitation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Experience in process training (BPO/KPO preferred)
- Knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Ability to work in US shifts
