Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Process Trainer. The Process Trainer will be responsible for conducting Training Needs Analysis, designing and delivering New Hire Training, demonstrating excellent Presentation and Analytical Skills, and possessing excellent Communication Skills.
Qualifications
- Experience in conducting Training Needs Analysis and designing/delivering New Hire Training
- Excellent Presentation and Analytical Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience in the BPO industry is a plus
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office and e-learning software
