Role Description

We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Process Trainer to join our Bengaluru team. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on delivering high-quality training and support for team members. Your responsibilities will include conducting new hire training sessions, delivering process-related workshops, identifying training needs through assessments, and ensuring effective knowledge retention through evaluations and feedback sessions. You'll also play an integral role in improving the overall skill set of team members and ensuring consistent adherence to company processes and standards.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Training Needs Analysis and conducting impactful New Hire Training programs
  • Proficiency in Presentation Skills and Communication for delivering clear, engaging, and effective training sessions
  • Solid Analytical Skills to assess performance gaps, analyze data, and measure training outcomes
  • Ability to create and adapt training content to align with process and organizational goals
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience in training or a similar role, preferably in customer experience or BPO environments
