Key Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, and process transactions according to business process documents.
- Ensure customer happiness by demonstrating accuracy, attention to detail, and timely, methodical transaction processing.
- Respond promptly to queries from internal and external collaborators.
- Perform routine tasks independently with little supervision.
- Continuously update job knowledge using available resources to positively impact your work.
- Take responsibility for completing new and varied requests assigned by your supervisor.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with peers, mentors, support functions, and leaders.
- Strictly adhere to PGS policies and show flexibility to meet business needs.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience – 15 years of formal education from a recognized and accredited university.
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in transaction processing within the Insurance and Financial Domain is preferred.
- Typing skills of 30-35 Wpm, 30-35 Npm, with 98% accuracy.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Capability to handle routine tasks independently with little oversight.
- Strong initiative and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Capability to balance multiple responsibilities and adapt to new demands.
- Ability to embrace change and support others through the change process.
- Ability to make sound business decisions by raising ethical issues or concerns.
- Shift timings -10.30 am to 7.30 pm. (general)
- 1.30 to 10.30 pm (should be flexible for rotational shift)
