Location: Tata Consultancy Services -SP1, Gate No1, Maan, Sahyadri Park, S3 Tikona building, Plot No. 2 & 3, Phase 3, Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Maan, Hinjewadi, Pune, Maharashtra 411057.

Timing: 09:00 AM 12:00 PM

Candidate to Carry: Original Photo ID Proof (PAN / Aadhar), Passport size photograph, All education /employment documents, Updated CV.

Job Requirement:

• Handle/ Monitor daily Targets within SLO and ensure compliance to timeframe
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-skill work environment
• Ability to process continual workload for extended periods in assigned area
• Ability to provide a consistently high level of quality customer service
• Ensure and maintain effective professional relationships with Client
• Coordinate with team members and ensure achievement of all team objectives and goals
• Analyze all processes and provide effective resolutions for same
• Ability to meet and sustain minimum performance, attendance, and behavioral standards
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Problem Solving Skills - Positive attitude.
