Job Summary:

Process: International KYC, AML- Transaction Monitoring and Cards & Disputes

Location: Chennai - Siruseri

Below are requirements

International KYC

• Relevant experience conducting in-depth KYC/CDD analysis for onboarding and periodic reviews
• Performing sanctions screening using the tools (Lexis Nexis and internal platforms) covering PEPs, watchlists, and adverse media.
• Monitored and investigated flagged transactions.
• Should be having the knowledge in banking & Cards.
• Perform Customer Identification on program, Due Diligence- CDD & EDD.

AML- Transaction Monitoring

• AML- Transaction Monitoring and in Level 1 Investigation / L1 onboarding.
• Ensure suspicious transactions are thoroughly investigated and escalated to FCC; Prepare draft Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) to FCC for review and decision.
• Identifying red flags and taking necessary actions during the case review.
• Should be into writing the reports and came up with conclusion.
• Should be into alert investigation / Detection scenarios.

Cards and Disputes

• Experience Should be into Credit card dispute management and should be focused on Non-Fraud Disputes.
• Exposure should be into Investigate and resolve Credit Card Disputes related to non-fraudulent transactions.
• Should be having Hands on experience of VISA cards.
• Proficiency in using applications like PEGA / QUAVO.

Eligibility:

Bachelor's degree with (2 Year to 8 Years) can apply.

Minimum 15yrs of regular education (10th + 12th + 3 years Graduation)

Graduates through Open Universities/Correspondence graduates need not apply

Not more than 2 years of gap in Graduation or Employment.

Willingness to work in all Shifts

Relieving letters from all the previous companies are mandatory

Candidates who have attended the selection process in the last 6 months will not be eligible to apply again.
