Key Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, and process transactions according to business process documents.
- Ensure customer happiness by demonstrating accuracy, attention to detail, and timely transaction processing.
- Work independently on routine matters with minimal supervision.
- Continuously learn and update job knowledge, bringing to bear available resources to positively impact work.
- Flexibly multitask and take ownership of new and different requests assigned by the supervisor.
- Use initiative effectively within a team environment.
- Provide timely responses to queries from internal and external collaborators.
- Adhere to PGS policies and show flexibility as per business needs.
- Develop positive relationships with peers, mentors, support functions, and leaders.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in back office operations; experience in insurance and financial institutions preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, specifically MS Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and customer service expertise.
- Ability to multitask and make effective decisions.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
Preferred Skills
- Good knowledge of the finance domain and industry.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
