YOUR TASKS
Job Description
Participation in the development and approval of new special production processes and technologies as well as steering and executing the definition of specification requirements for the process specific production equipment.
Monitoring the processes and initiating improvement measures.
Duties And Responsibilities
1 Participate in the development of new special production processes and technologies taking the market
development into account and check existing processes and technologies for their suitability and
applicability as set by Hella specific constraints and legal requirements
2 Qualification of approved processes for new products
3 Steering and executing the definition of specifications for process specific production equipment
4 Involvement in the supplier selection for process specific production equipment
5 Set up of the process specific production equipment together with the involved partners
6 Determination and documentation of the process parameters and limits
7 Process approval considering the requested process capabilities
8 Release and change of process parameters in accordance with the Hella network regulations
9 Monitoring of the specific processes in the running production as well as suggestions and implementation
of improvements with the target to improve the process capability and to reach the relevant KPIs
10 Steering and executing the analysis of process failures / faulty parts as well as introduction of improvements
11 Initiate, coordinate and create process specific (standard) PFMEAs in cooperation with the production
technology experts of other plants
12 Training process users and worldwide production technology experts in accordance with their needs
13 Support of benchmarks for specific processes
14 Support or realization of basic investigations for new processes
15 Released DFM Moderator to evaluate new product designs regarding all packaging technologies
Leading of project teams for any kind of product / product family related cost improvements
Your Qualifications
- Qualification: B. tech (Electronics & Mechanical)
- Experience: 8 to 10 Years.
