• Deep expertise in Quote and Order Management
• Working knowledge of Inventory Management, customer service, and dispute resolution is beneficial
• Solid understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics
• Advanced proficiency in SAP
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Work Environment:
• Must be flexible to work in rotational shifts (APAC / EMEA / US)
• Required to be physically present in the office on all working days
