Job Description

• Graduate with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Supply Chain Operations

• Prior experience in the BPO industry is preferred; familiarity with the petrochemical domain is a strong advantage

Key Skills & Expertise:

• Strong communication abilities, with a proven track record of engaging both internal and external stakeholders

• Deep expertise in Quote and Order Management

• Working knowledge of Inventory Management, customer service, and dispute resolution is beneficial

• Solid understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics

• Advanced proficiency in SAP

• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Work Environment:

• Must be flexible to work in rotational shifts (APAC / EMEA / US)

• Required to be physically present in the office on all working days
