SAP Consultant

Location: Pune, Mundhwa – Hybrid (50% On-Site / 50% Remote)

Experience Level: Mid-Senior (5 to 6 Years)

We are seeking a highly capable and communicative SAP WM (Warehouse Management) Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will act as a critical bridge between our business operations and IT, ensuring our warehouse management systems run efficiently and meet evolving business needs. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of SAP WM initiatives, including new implementations, system enhancements, and ongoing operational support. • End-to-End Implementation: Lead and participate in full-cycle SAP WM implementations, ensuring solutions are delivered on time and align with business objectives.

• System Enhancements: Identify process gaps, gather business requirements, and design/build technical enhancements within the SAP WM module to optimize warehouse operations.

• Production Support: Provide robust day-to-day support, troubleshooting complex system issues, resolving defects, and ensuring minimal disruption to business activities.

• Business Collaboration: Work closely and continuously with business stakeholders to understand their challenges, provide system demonstrations, and guide them on SAP best practices.

• Techno-Functional Alignment: Seamlessly blend functional configuration expertise with technical (ABAP) understanding to design comprehensive, logical solutions.

• Experience:5 to 6 years of dedicated, hands-on Techno-Functional experience in SAP Warehouse Management (WM).

• Project Lifecycle: Proven track record of successfully delivering SAP implementations, as well as handling continuous enhancements and support work.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical business users clearly.

• Work Arrangement: Must be comfortable and highly effective working in a Hybrid model, with the ability to work from the office 50% of the time.

• Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving system and process inefficiencies.
