Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly hands-on Process Quality professional with extensive shop-floor experience in assembly-line based manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving quality improvements, reducing defects, and implementing robust quality controls directly on the production floor. Purely documentation-based profiles are not a fit.

Key Responsibilities:

Shop Floor Quality Control: Monitor and enhance process quality to minimize internal rejections and process defects.

Problem Solving: Analyze customer complaints, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective CAPA.

Process Improvement: Utilize quality tools to identify issues and collaborate with production teams to boost process capability.

Training: Educate operators and supervisors on quality standards and tools.

Required Technical Skills:

Must-Have: APQP, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA.

Strong Working Knowledge: 7 QC Tools, Root Cause Analysis (5-Why / Fishbone).

Preferred: 5S, Kaizen.

Manufacturing Experience (Must have exposure to some of these):

Metal components (Casting, Forging, Machining/CNC, Sheet Metal)

Rubber / Plastic components (Injection Molding)

Mechanical Assembly Lines (Strongly Preferred)

Candidate Profile:

Experience: 5+ years in manufacturing quality with direct shop-floor involvement.

Mindset: Practical, hands-on, strong problem-solving skills, and comfortable working alongside production teams
