Lead teams of engineers who define processes to fabricate, assemble, inspect and test new products and machines based on production engineering and design principles. Define the supporting tools and fixtures needed for production. Ensure teams are developing product specifications and define the quality standards and inspection methods for manufacturing products and machines.

Summary:
As a Process & Manufacturing Engineering Lead, you will oversee and coordinate manufacturing engineering programs. Your typical day involves leading teams of engineers to establish processes for fabricating, assembling, inspecting, and testing new products and machines. You will define the necessary tools and fixtures for production while ensuring that your teams develop product specifications and establish quality standards and inspection methods for manufacturing.
Roles & Responsibilities:
The Artwork & Labeling Lead is accountable for end-to-end medical device artwork and labeling delivery, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and scalable offshore execution within Industry & Life Sciences.
Key Responsibilities
Own labeling and artwork lifecycle management across product portfolios, from change intake to final release.
Lead delivery in alignment with global regulatory frameworks (FDA, EU MDR, ISO, client SOPs).
Drive standardized operating models, governance, and KPI-based performance management.
Partner with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Packaging Engineering, and Manufacturing stakeholders of the account/project.
Enable transition, stabilization, and industrialization of artwork/labeling services.
Champion automation, reuse, and digital asset leverage across labeling workflows.
Lead distributed teams and manage client expectations on scope, quality, and timelines.
Professional & Technical Skills:

- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering principles.
- Experience with quality assurance methodologies and inspection techniques.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
