Job Description Key Responsibilities: Process Manager

.Process Evaluation & Optimization: Analyze and evaluate existing processes, identifying opportunities for improvements to increase efficiency and reduce turnaround time (TAT).

. Vendor Management: Track vendors, process bills on time, receive quality reports within agreedtimelines, and address any delays.

. Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to generatereports that track process performance and identify bottlenecks.

. Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal teams (Credit, Operations, Sales) andexternal vendors to ensure seamless execution of processes.

. Workflow Coordination: Assist in coordinating workflows, tracking progress, and ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.

. Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Participate in process improvement initiatives, helpingtostreamline workflows, enhance service delivery, and implement best practices across the organization.

. Training & Support: Assist in training new team members and providing ongoing support toensure adherence to processes and standards.

. Non-Starter Follow-Up: Track and follow up on non-starter applications or incomplete process submissions, ensuring the necessary information is gathered and decisions are expedited.

. Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate process outputs to ensure quality and accuracy, identifying discrepancies or issues and suggesting corrective actions

Qualifications:

. Educational Qualification: Any Degree or Master Degree.

. Skills & Experience: Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities and a keen interest in process optimization. Prior experience or knowledge in process management or operations will be an advantage.
