Job Description
We are looking for a
Senior Business Analyst to support
KYC product development within the BFSI domain. The role requires strong
KYC expertise, excellent
documentation and writing skills, and proven capability in
stakeholder and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis for KYC onboarding, refresh, remediation, and regulatory change initiatives.
- Translate regulatory and compliance requirements into clear business and functional requirements.
- Define requirements for Central Orchestrator workflows and integrations with KYC systems, rule engines, and downstream platforms.
- Create high-quality documentation including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and data mappings.
- Act as primary interface between business, compliance, operations, and technology stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor Business Analyst team members and review BA deliverables for quality and consistency.
- Support Agile delivery activities including backlog grooming, sprint planning, UAT, and go-live readiness.
Required Experience & Skills
- 812+ years of Business Analyst experience in BFSI.
- Strong hands-on experience in KYC product development (Onboarding, Refresh, Remediation).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong documentation capability.
- Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination experience.
- Experience leading or mentoring BA teams.
Good to Have:
- Experience with workflow / Central Orchestrator platforms
- Knowledge of AML, CDD, EDD, KYC data models, and screening systems
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
