Role Overview:
We're looking for a seasoned
Senior Test Lead to drive our testing strategy, lead a team of QA engineers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. You'll be instrumental in defining test plans, mentoring junior testers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold engineering excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end testing efforts across multiple projects and platforms
- Define and implement test strategies, plans, and automation frameworks
- Collaborate with development, product, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment
- Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, conduct code reviews and knowledge sharing
- Own defect management and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Track and report quality metrics, test coverage, and release readiness
- Evaluate and onboard new testing tools and technologies
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8-10 years of hands-on experience in software testing (manual + automation)
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Proficiency in automation tools like Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Jenkins, Git)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments
