Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Digital Analytics Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Analytics implementation using Adobe Launch (Web SDK), Adobe Target, and deep experience in Adobe Analysis Workspace dashboarding, data analysis, and insights generation.
The ideal candidate will play a dual roledriving end-to-end analytics and experimentation implementations and acting as a strategic analytics partner for business and marketing teams by converting data into actionable insights. This is a senior, client-facing role requiring strong technical depth, experimentation expertise, and analytical storytelling skills.
Key Responsibilities
Adobe Analytics & Target Implementation
Lead end-to-end Adobe Analytics implementations using Adobe Launch with Web SDK
Design and implement data layers, event schemas, XDM mappings, and rule-based tracking
Implement and support Adobe Target for A/B testing, personalization, and experience optimization
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate, scalable, and future-ready tagging and experimentation solutions
Perform implementation QA, validation, and debugging using Adobe tools and browser debuggers
Ensure adherence to analytics and experimentation governance, data quality, and best practices
Analysis, Dashboards & Insights
Build advanced Adobe Analysis Workspace dashboards for leadership and business stakeholders
Analyze digital journeys, funnels, user behavior, and conversion performance
Measure experiment performance and interpret A/B test results with statistical rigor
Identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities from complex datasets
Translate data and experiment outcomes into clear insights, recommendations, and business actions
Support recurring and ad-hoc reporting with strong analytical narratives
Stakeholder & Consulting Engagement
Partner with product, marketing, and business teams to define measurement and experimentation strategies
Act as a subject-matter expert on digital analytics, experimentation, and customer experience measurement
Present insights and test outcomes to both technical and non-technical audiences with clarity and confidence
Must-Have Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience in digital analytics or data consulting roles
Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics implementation
Expert-level experience with Adobe Launch (Web SDK mandatory)
Hands-on experience with Adobe Target (A/B testing, personalization, experiment analysis)
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Analysis Workspace (dashboards, calculated metrics, segments)
Strong analytical thinking with proven experience in insights and experimentation-led optimization
Excellent understanding of digital journeys, funnels, customer behavior, and conversion optimization
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Good-to-Have Skills (Optional but Preferred)
Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Familiarity with GA4 and cross-platform analytics concepts
