Adobe Campaign

We are seeking a Senior Adobe Campaign Consultant with extensive hands-on experience in designing, building, and executing marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign Management System (ACS). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in campaign automation, personalization, data integrations, and cross-channel orchestration, with the ability to analyze and report on campaign performance.

Responsibilities:

• Build high-quality inbound and outbound flows using Adobe Campaign Management System.
• Design and populate schemas, develop workflows, and configure delivery templates.
• Develop client-centric, automated communications with a focus on personalization.
• Enable data source integrations and automate processes within the ACS platform.
• Construct lead nurture and multi-wave campaigns, reviewing campaign specs for flow, channel selection, and touch-point timing.
• Drive cross-channel campaign orchestration, automation, and scaling.
• Perform extensive testing, create queries to extract and validate segment data and sizing.
• Work with relational data and database marketing campaigns.
• Build web landing pages, typologies, custom reports, and subscription pages in ACS.
• Enable campaign APIs and integrate with Adobe Experience Cloud products (Adobe I/O, Analytics, AEM, Target, AAM).
• Enhance code by writing JavaScript, XML, and HTML.
• Design and implement test plans (A/B and multivariate) to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Track and report integrated campaign performance and program outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
