You'll Make a Difference By
- You will be supporting employees life cycle management system and contribute to HR Initiatives
- You will guide employees on HR Policies and Processes
- You will assist in Payroll & Time Management Process and resolve related issues
- You will support day-to-day operations of HR functions ensuring various compliance
Your Success Is Grounded In
- You are a graduate or post graduate and bring 3 Years of Experience in HR generalist profile, preferably Commerce Graduate with Postgraduate in HR.
- You are highly ambitious and 'Self-starter and possess good interpersonal skills.
- You are proficient in MS Office (Advanced Excel and Word Skills)
- You have good Knowledge of Employment & Labor Laws & Practices
