Operations Manager - Healthcare

Job Title: Manager – Operations

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 4–6 years

Working Days: 6 days

Eligibility:

● Graduate/Postgraduate (any specialization)

● 4–6 years in Operations (Healthcare preferred)

● Strong communication & advanced Excel/data skills

● Experience in team handling

● Open to field work & flexible hours

Responsibilities:

● Oversee end-to-end hospital operations (admissions, discharges, reconciliation)

● Lead and manage on-ground operations team

● Handle supply chain coordination with hospitals/partners

● Manage cashless & pre-auth processes efficiently

● Drive data tracking, reporting, and performance analysis

● Resolve escalations and ensure smooth daily operations

● Build and manage hospital partnerships

● Optimize processes for efficiency and turnaround time
