RAPC HEAD /Regional Head / Head of Home Loan
Position Purpose
As an process executive your strategic role will encompass a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the seamless execution and management of customer and builder APF (Approved Project Finance) proposals.
Educational Qualification
The candidate must hold any graduation from a university recognized by the Govt. of India/Govt. bodies/AICTE.
Experience
He should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the banking / financial services sector with at least 3+ years of experience in the field of Retail Assets focusing on Housing Loan & Secured loans (LAP). Specialist in HL/LAP proposal verification end to end
Roles and Responsibilities
· Accurately enter data and verify data related to customer and APF proposals with check list provided.
· Oversee the process of customer and builder APF proposals.
· Regular follow-up / clarification from Branch, sales team, DSA/connector.
· Coordinate legal and valuation processes with relevant vendors.
· Ensure all required legal and valuation documents are obtained and processed promptly.
· Address and resolve queries from customers, builders, and internal stakeholders efficiently.
· Provide daily /weekly and monthly MIS.
