Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Process Executive US, located in Mumbai. The Process Executive will handle day-to-day responsibilities including providing excellent customer support, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and ensuring effective communication with clients. The individual will also perform tasks requiring strong analytical skills to resolve customer inquiries and improve processes.

US Accounts USGAAP IFRS US Process
GL account and writing journal entries
R2R Process Bank Reconciliation Balacesheet Reconciliation Month end closing reporting
CMA / CA Inter or MCom
Shift 6pm to 3am
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills to interact professionally and effectively with clients and team members
- Proficient Analytical Skills to assess, navigate, and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
- Ability to adapt to changing business environments and maintain a customer-focused approach
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory
