Job Description: Process Executive (PE) Google Ads Quality
Role Objective
The Process Executive will be responsible for evaluating pre-recorded audio calls and call transcripts related to Google Ads to ensure adherence to defined Quality and Compliance parameters. Based on the provided guidelines, the role involves identifying potential fraud, scam, phishing activities, or any risk of customers sensitive information being collected or misused by advertisers.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate pre-recorded audio calls, call transcripts, text, and messages for quality and compliance.
- Obtain and verify consumer and provider information by reviewing calls and written communications.
- Determine eligibility by comparing consumer/provider information against defined requirements.
- Identify instances of scam, phishing, fraud, or misuse of sensitive customer information.
- Ensure adherence to productivity targets and quality metrics.
- Document findings accurately as per process guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to meet operational goals.
